We are offering FREE Click & Collect from either our Nailsworth or Tetbury store - buy online and collect from store at your convenience.  

Collections available Mon-Sat 10.30-4.30.  Simply select this option at checkout.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Shipping to the UK Mainland (inc Northern Ireland) is a simple flat rate of £3.95* or FREE over £30* (*excluding large vintage items).

Delivery is usually between 3-5 working days from receipt of order but may take longer at busier times of year and Christmas.

* Ireland £8.50  / UK Highlands and Islands is £9.95

EXPRESS SERVICE

In a rush?...we offer a trackable 48 hour courier service for £7.95.  Simply select at checkout.

VINTAGE

Delivery charges for our range of Vintage items are arranged on a cost basis.  Please contact us at domestic.science.office@gmail.com to enquire and get a quote.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied items can be returned to us in their original packaging for a full refund. 

Please contact us by phone or email to arrange a return within 30 days of receipt.

The following examples are non-returnable:

  • Face coverings

  • Food and drink

  • Underwear

  • Earrings

  • Beauty items and cosmetics that have been opened, tested or partially used.

  • E-vouchers and gift vouchers

This does not affect your statutory rights.
